Fast Food Effect On Health And Its Increasing craze On People

Shervin hessamfar Fast Food Blog

Fast food is most easily available at every street and corner of our city. As we all know, it is most convenient form of food, you get to eat stomach full for cheap price and the taste tingle your taste bud as well.  What we forget while eating fast food is that the taste will go away soon but its effect on our body will last long. The convenience of fast comes with its own price as it makes our body vulnerable to diseases.

The effect of fast food on our body has always been talked about, but it is more serious than people think it is. Regular consumption of fast food will open the body for illness like, obesity, high cholesterol, headache, acne, high blood pressure, breathing problem, bloated stomach, depression, dental problem, diabetes, extra calories, insulin resistance, etc. These are deadly sickness which captures human body after being exposed to fast food. It also weakens the bones and muscles internally.

The reason fast food spread so many disease is because it contain equivalent to zero nutrition and instead loaded with unhealthy fat, sugar, calories, carbohydrate, sodium, preservatives and processed food. These elements don’t digest easily, instead they stick to stomach wall and create clutter, and eventually it jams the digestive system which causes indigestion. Indigestion affects our metabolism system, slow metabolism cause bloated stomach and the chain of disease starts.

In this modern era, fast food is commonly mistaken as a cheap substitute of healthy food, which is a myth. Fast food may come across as cheap form of food initially but regular consumption of junk is way expensive than healthy food. Study shows that a week supply of healthy food (meal three times a day) is way cheaper than a week of eating fast food. The only reason we end up eating fast food is because it is convenient. Today children are getting more and more attracted to fast food and developing obesity and unhealthy lifestyle, as a result at early age children have poor sight and low brain development.

No matter how effort it takes to cook healthy food, it is worth it because it keeps us healthy, active, and develops our brain. We shouldn’t fall prey to diseases in the name of convenience.
